Do you have strong experience in project management within a global, fast-paced environment? Are you confident leading Early Access program delivery and acting as the key point of contact for clients?

We’re seeking a proactive Program Manager to oversee the set-up and execution of international Early Access Programs. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional coordination, manage client communication, and ensure programs are delivered to the highest operational and ethical standards. This is based on a hybrid setting, working 3 days in the office based in the Reading area and 2 days from home.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Design, develop, and execute detailed project plans for Early Access Programs.

  • Proactively troubleshoot issues and drive programs to successful completion.
  • Identify innovative, ethically compliant Early Access solutions.
  • Ensure communication, logistics, quality, operations, and documentation meet company standards and SOPs.
  • Work closely with Global Operations, providing training and support.
