Specialist Pharma Recruitment based in Berkhamsted. Verbatim Pharma are a boutique recruitment agency based in Hertfordshire that offer bespoke hiring solutions to clients in the clinical trial/pharmaceutical space, across the globe. We have been in business for 8 years now and since inception have grown to a team of 18.
Our approach is focused around people, developing relationships and going above and beyond to truly understand our clients' brands, ensuring clients and candidates think of us if ever they are looking to make a hire or find a new job!
A bit about us: We bring the understanding of our clients and start in-house. If you’re looking to break away from unrealistic standards and work side by side with your colleagues rather than against them, this is for you. We create an environment where you will be supported, encouraged, and invested in. We don’t implement unrealistic KPI’s; this is all case-by-case. We do not micro-manage; if you are as passionate about recruitment, we’ll always point you in the right direction.
