We’re seeking a proactive Program Manager to oversee the set-up and execution of international Early Access Programs. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional coordination, manage client communication, and ensure programs are delivered to the highest operational and ethical standards. This is based on a hybrid setting, working 3 days in the office based in the Reading area and 2 days from home.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and execute detailed project plans for Early Access Programs.
- Act as primary client contact throughout program set-up and delivery.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure high-quality, compliant execution.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and drive programs to successful completion.
- Identify innovative, ethically compliant Early Access solutions.
- Ensure communication, logistics, quality, operations, and documentation meet company standards and SOPs.
- Work closely with Global Operations, providing training and support.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in project management, program delivery, or a client-facing role.
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
