Job Description QA Vendor Qualification Manager – GMP / GDP Position Overview: The QA Vendor Qualifier will play a pivotal role in assessing, qualifying, and monitoring external vendors to ensure compliance and documentation with our quality standards and regulatory requirements across GMP and GDP. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate vendors’ capabilities and maintain a robust network of trusted partners. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate potential and existing vendors to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Conduct comprehensive audits, assessments, and performance reviews of vendors. Develop and maintain vendor qualification processes, including documentation and record-keeping. Work closely with procurement, engineering, and QA teams to identify vendor needs and ensure alignment with project requirements. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
