Do you have experience coordinating complex operations in a global pharma environment? We are looking for a proactive Program Assistant to support international Early Access Programs. You will coordinate shipments, maintain program documentation, manage platform updates, and partner with global teams to ensure smooth delivery for clients and HCPs. This is based on a hybrid setting, working 3 days in the office based in the Reading area and 2 days from home.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage shared inboxes and operational requests
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and documentation
- Support program communications and platform updates
- Act as portal super-user; maintain guides and training materials
- Assist Program Managers and act as an escalation point
- Maintain trackers, generate reports, support client meetings
- Drive process improvements and support ad hoc projects
What We’re Looking For
- Degree-level education; 2+ years in project/program operations or client-facing roles
- Experience in Early Access programs a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
