This is a standalone role with no direct reports, but significant visibility, ownership, and growth potential. You’ll play a key role in shaping comparator sourcing activities and directly contributing to company revenue and expansion.
The Opportunity
- Join a business with a flat structure and an “all hands on deck” mentality.
- Take ownership of comparator sourcing in a role with real autonomy and impact.
- Be part of a high-growth organisation where your work directly supports clinical trials and patient outcomes.
- Work alongside collaborative, motivated teams who value attitude, accountability, and problem-solving.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re open to two types of profiles:
- Option 1 – 2+ years of sourcing experience at a clinical trial services organisation, ideally within comparators, parallel imports, unlicensed medicines or ancillaries. Confident jumping into a fast paced environment and learning quickly. Comfortable taking ownership, asking questions, and getting stuck in. Training and support will be provided for the right attitude.
- Option 2 – Experienced Professional. A highly experienced comparator sourcing or clinical supply professional. Looking for a role where you can make your mark, influence revenue growth, and help scale the business. Comfortable operating independently in a lean structure with minimal hierarchy.
What Success Looks Like
- Proactively sourcing comparators in line with study requirements and timelines.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers (manufacturers and wholesalers) and internal stakeholders.
- Contributing ideas and solutions that support scalability and commercial growth.
- Thriving in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where ownership is encouraged.
If you’re motivated by autonomy, growth, and impact and want to be part of a business where your contribution truly matters this could be the role for you.
