I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing consumer wellness brand that is looking to appoint an E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager to play a key role in its next stage of growth. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious business with strong early traction and take ownership of online revenue growth across Amazon, DTC and marketplace channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving growth across Amazon, Shopify and emerging marketplace channels
- Managing Amazon Seller Central, marketplace performance and listing optimisation
- Developing and executing digital acquisition strategies across paid social, Amazon Ads and other performance channels
- Improving website conversion, customer acquisition, retention and overall commercial performance
- Working closely with founders and external partners to identify new growth opportunities and support future product launches
We're looking to speak with individuals who have:
- Proven experience in E-Commerce, Digital Growth or Marketplace Management
- Strong hands-on Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising experience
- Shopify / DTC growth experience
- A commercial and data-driven mindset
- Experience within consumer products, health & wellness, FMCG, beauty or related sectors would be advantageous
