SEND Teaching Assistant! Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Knutsford. In this role, you\’ll play an essential part in helping students with a range of needs, including Autism, Dyslexia, and ADHD, to thrive both individually and within a group setting. Role & Responsibilities: * Support KS3 and KS4 students on a one-to-one and small group basis. * Help students stay engaged with tasks and ensure work is completed to a high standard. * Prepare classroom resources and ensure the classroom is well-organized and welcoming. * Be a key part of the class teacher\’s team by providing encouragement, support, and de-escalation when needed.
