Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to individual students and small groups with SEND.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support pupils with personal care and emotional regulation, where necessary.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to staff and parents.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities.
About You:
- Experience working with children with SEND, preferably in a school setting.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirable.
