We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join a supportive school in Chester. In this role, you'll play an essential part in helping students with a range of needs, including Autism, Dyslexia, and ADHD, to thrive both individually and within a group setting.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support KS3 and KS4 students on a one-to-one and small group basis.
  • Help students stay engaged with tasks and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
  • Prepare classroom resources and ensure the classroom is well-organized and welcoming.
  • Be a key part of the class teacher's team by providing encouragement, support, and de-escalation when needed.
