Overview

We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Community Care Workers to join our growing domiciliary care team, providing high-quality support to vulnerable adults within their own homes across Shrewsbury and Bridgnorth.

Your Role

  • Supporting clients with personal care and daily living tasks.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assissting with medication and meal preperation.
  • Supporting individuals to remain safe, independant, and comfortable in their own homes through high-quality domiciliary care.
  • Reporting any concerns or changes in wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence OR access to reliable transport - required.
  • A caring and positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Reliability and compassion.
  • Previous care experience is helpful but not essential as full training can be provided.
