The Opportunity: As UK Country Manager, you will be the senior commercial leader responsible for accelerating sustainable revenue growth across the United Kingdom.

  • Align UK commercial execution with global and BU strategy
  • Create the operational structure and focus required to deliver sustainable growth

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred
  • 10+ years of commercial experience in the medical device industry
  • Demonstrated success driving sustained revenue growth in complex healthcare markets
  • Strong understanding of the UK NHS structure, procurement processes, and tender environment
  • Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams
  • Experience influencing executive‑level stakeholders
  • Strong strategic and analytical decision‑making capability
