The Opportunity
As UK Country Manager, you will be the senior commercial leader responsible for accelerating sustainable revenue growth across the United Kingdom.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred
- 10+ years of commercial experience in the medical device industry
- Demonstrated success driving sustained revenue growth in complex healthcare markets
- Strong understanding of the UK NHS structure, procurement processes, and tender environment
- Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams
- Experience influencing executive‑level stakeholders
- Strong strategic and analytical decision‑making capability
- Ability to translate clinical and economic value into compelling commercial propositions
- Must reside in the UK
