Join to apply for the Customer Service Advisor - Merchant Services role at Verastar. We’re looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our existing customers who take card payments / merchant services with us. You will deal with their enquiries and provide them with a First-Class experience, interacting with them to ensure every step is taken to provide them with a first‑time round solution. We are looking for colleagues who wish to excel and are driven to succeed. All we ask is that you are a brilliant listener, have a passion for problem solving, and the ability to empathise and understand customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining our Customer Experience inbox, ensuring that emails are responded back to in a timely manner, with professionalism shown throughout.
  • Actively contributing to improving the Customer Experience team processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our sales teams.

Location: Based in our Sale office, South Manchester.

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no evenings, weekends or bank holidays. Hybrid working model with the choice to work remotely for three days.
