As a Customer Enrolment Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for customers switching their payment services from previous providers, from the moment a contract is received to the point their supply goes live. You will deliver a seamless onboarding experience and support customers throughout the onboarding journey.
What We Want You To Do
- Accurately onboard new customers by processing contracts from Sales with a “right first time” approach, including thorough quality checks.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide support throughout the onboarding journey, helping diagnose and resolve any setup issues.
- Proactively contribute ideas to enhance the customer journey and overall experience.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our systems, products and processes, to confidently support both customers and colleagues.
- Resolve basic queries or exceptions that may delay service activation.
What Success In The Role Looks Like
- All sales processed within 24 hours on receipt.
- Timely resolution of any issues preventing service activation, in line with SLAs.
- Full ownership of customer cases from start to finish.
- Deliver a consistent high level of customer experience.
- All customer queries and faults resolved within agreed SLAs.
What You Need To Have Already Done To Be Right For This Role
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous exposure to payment services is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong computer literacy is essential.
- Basic understanding of B2B provisioning processes is preferred.
