In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers who are moving in or out of a property.
You’ll make sure their transition is smooth, their questions are answered, and their experience with us is nothing short of excellent.
You’ll also handle more sensitive conversations, such as bereavements, with empathy and care.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Support customers through the process of moving in or out of properties, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Respond to customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services
- Onboard new customers and upsell where appropriate, aligning with their requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to‑date records across internal systems

- Your Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast‑paced telesales or customer service environment
