As a Customer Enrolment Administrator, you will have a core focus on supporting our busy sales teams during the initial early life stages of our customers. No previous experience is required; we are looking for colleagues who wish to excel and are driven to succeed. All we ask is that you are a brilliant listener, have a passion for problem solving, and the ability to empathise and understand customer needs.
This role will also include but not be limited to:
- Successfully execute the Customer Enrolment sales plan achieving all targets and objectives
- Work on incoming applications submitted via our sales team and relay feedback on the quality of these
- Actively contribute to improving the Customer Enrolment team processes and procedures
- Maintain a close and supportive relationship with our sales team
