Working within the Finance team the Broker Finance roleplays a key part within the company group, keeping it running smoothly and efficiently.
The role will ideally suit an individual who is seeking an opportunity to join a dynamic growing business and is looking to develop their skills to forward their career.
Responsibilities of the role
- Daily reconciliations of customer payments against company internal system
- Monthly Reconciliations of customer and insurer accounts against company internal system
- Ensuring all Direct Debit funding is allocated and reconciled on our Direct Debit facility
- Setting up loans where required or processing amendments and ensuring all amounts and payments reconcile
- Sending statements and chasing outstanding policies for reconciliation
- Sending out weekly statements to customers and chasing up outstanding debt
- Assisting with recording and reconciliation of our client monies
- Resolving any accounts queries that arise from insurer statements and daily payments
Experience / Skills
- Experience of managing workloads and prioritisation of tasks
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administration skills
- High levels of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Industry experience : Within finance or Insurance, preferred, but not essential
