Working within the Finance team the Broker Finance roleplays a key part within the company group, keeping it running smoothly and efficiently.

The role will ideally suit an individual who is seeking an opportunity to join a dynamic growing business and is looking to develop their skills to forward their career.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Daily reconciliations of customer payments against company internal system
  • Monthly Reconciliations of customer and insurer accounts against company internal system
  • Ensuring all Direct Debit funding is allocated and reconciled on our Direct Debit facility
  • Setting up loans where required or processing amendments and ensuring all amounts and payments reconcile
  • Sending statements and chasing outstanding policies for reconciliation
  • Sending out weekly statements to customers and chasing up outstanding debt
  • Assisting with recording and reconciliation of our client monies
  • Resolving any accounts queries that arise from insurer statements and daily payments

Experience / Skills

  • Experience of managing workloads and prioritisation of tasks
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administration skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Industry experience : Within finance or Insurance, preferred, but not essential
