The Role

As a B2B Sales Account Manager, you'll manage and develop relationships with existing customers, ensuring they continue to receive exceptional service and the right solutions to support their business needs.

  • Building strong relationships with existing customers and becoming their trusted point of contact.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services that deliver genuine value.
  • Managing contract renewals and retention conversations to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiating tailored solutions, pricing packages and contract terms to meet customer requirements.
  • Taking a consultative, customer‑first approach to every interaction, understanding business needs and recommending the most suitable solutions.
