Role Overview: Develop, evaluate, and deliver high quality training programs across production sites. Embed training covering topics including but not limited to Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement. Establish practices and processes to make training visible, ongoing and adding value in production. Design and develop employee training that aligns with the company’s values and business goals. Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to develop and deliver hands‑on, On‑the‑Job‑Training (OJT) content for our departments and team members. Partner with shift and site management to ensure that all training activities, training plans, and other training requirements are completed on time, measured and reported. Maximise the use of training days in production to upskill on plant and process‑related themes. Manage training documents within the controlled document system ensuring that all required training documentation is retrievable, accurate, complete and well organised. Handle all supporting activities for implementation and maintenance of controlled training documents including periodic review, training assignment management, and archival. Maintain and implement improvements to the education and training program to ensure compliance with global initiatives and cGMP. Support computer system training activities related to the quality system. Participate in inspection readiness activities and assist with corporate and internal audits and regulatory inspections. Own training and development strategies, including scope of programs, budgets, and more. Manage, administer, and track training plans and training matrices (collaborating with department managers) in MasterControl or another suitable system. Collaborate with EHS leadership to track and aid in administering safety training across the organisation. Collaborate with training and operations personnel at other Veranova sites to provide expertise and assistance as needed and to harmonise best practices.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:
- Significant experience in developing and administering technical training programs within a regulated environment
- Extensive knowledge of working to Standard Operating Procedures ("SOPs") and Good Manufacturing Practice ("GMP") standards.
- Strong understanding of managing change and continuous improvement.
- Prior experience with MasterControl or similar programs.
