Role Overview: Veranova is seeking a work order coordinator to utilise our Computer Maintenance Management System, produce and help coordinate our weekly/daily work plans, and ensure all legal compliance activities are scheduled and communicated in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce weekly/daily work order packs for a multi-disciplined team whilst ensuring all work tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Work with production scheduler and plant leads to identify optimum timing for the execution of maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Raise relevant planned maintenance deviations and deferrals on our Quality Management System.
  • Control and manage the archiving of completed work orders.
  • Engage with third party contractors to ensure site attendance to execute work tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the timely calibration of portable instruments associated with maintenance team.
  • Ensure continued and ongoing GMP compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline work order process and improve efficiency.
  • Support reliability initiatives by providing accurate data for analysis.

Qualifications Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience of working in a GMP maintenance environment on a chemical/pharmaceutical production facility.
  • Experience in working with CMMS and QMS.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills across different levels of a business.
  • Strong IT and computer skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
