Description:

  • Assisting with the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and scripts
  • Conducting functional, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Logging, tracking, and retesting defects using agreed tools and processes
  • Preparing test data and coordinating test environments
  • Collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements
  • Contributing to test reporting and providing updates to project teams
  • Supporting continuous improvement of testing processes and best practices

Skills Required:

  • Experience or exposure to software testing (Workday would be a huge advantage)
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing principles
  • Familiarity with test management or defect tracking tools
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively

Desirable:

  • Experience with enterprise systems (HR, Finance, Payroll, ERP platforms)

We operate a hybrid working model, typically combining office and remote work, but remain flexible to suit individual and role needs. Our teams are based across the UK, and we welcome applications from talented individuals regardless of location, provided they can attend in-person meetings when needed.
