Description:
- Assisting with the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Conducting functional, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Logging, tracking, and retesting defects using agreed tools and processes
- Preparing test data and coordinating test environments
- Collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Contributing to test reporting and providing updates to project teams
- Supporting continuous improvement of testing processes and best practices
Skills Required:
- Experience or exposure to software testing (Workday would be a huge advantage)
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing principles
- Familiarity with test management or defect tracking tools
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
Desirable:
- Experience with enterprise systems (HR, Finance, Payroll, ERP platforms)

We operate a hybrid working model, typically combining office and remote work, but remain flexible to suit individual and role needs.
