Location: We operate a hybrid working model, typically combining office and remote work, but remain flexible to suit individual and role needs. As a growing HR transformation boutique consultancy, Veran Performance is looking to bring onboard individuals who are passionate about digital transformation and proven Delivery Managers. This role is the ideal opportunity for an individual with 5-10 years of experience in transformation, with specific experience in the deployment of Finance / HR / Payroll solutions.
Description of role:
- Leading the delivery of client projects, accountable for overall success of their engagements.
- Accountable for the project plan, critical path, risks and issues.
- Owning relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Ensuring workstream leads are delivering effectively, providing steer and guidance when required and ensuring inter-workstream dependencies are reviewed on a regular basis.
- Supporting the Veran Transformation Director with managing project financials and commercial relationships.
- Support our Sales team with bid work.
- Support the continuous improvement of Veran's project delivery methodology and product catalogue.
- Own delivery of internal projects, managing more junior colleagues to deliver improvement initiatives.
We’re looking for people who have:
- Experience leading HR and or Finance transformation programmes.
- Experience leading delivery on ERP Transformations using Tier 1 systems such as Workday, Oracle or SAP would be highly valued.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, independent and self-starter.
- Able to travel in the UK and Europe.
