Description of the role

You will support the creation of communication videos for use with clients and stakeholders, enabling Veran to tell the change story and bring it to life for them. You will support the creation of training content through e-learning, how-to videos and guides, infographics, scenario-based learning, etc. Support the full content production process – including planning and scripting, organising logistics, filming, editing, adding captions or graphics, and preparing final versions for sharing with clients or stakeholders. Work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements and translate it into clear, structured content. Use software tools such as Visio, Canva, PowerPoint, Miro, and Biteable to create high-quality assets. Explore the use of AI tools to support the development of high-quality content. Contribute to the continuous development of the Change Community collateral – making updates as needed. Attend the relevant sessions as part of your apprenticeship programme. Apply learning to your day-to-day activity to demonstrate your growth in the role. Support the Change Community with other projects and initiatives as required.
