As a Recruiter, you will advise and support Hiring Managers through their talent requirements.

Building strong relationships both internally and externally to find and recruit top talent into Veran.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering the end-to-end recruitment process to the required key performance indicators.

Building a pipeline of strong candidates, connecting with Enterprise Transformation Consultants and professionals across - HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Change Management, Project Delivery and Data & Enterprise Architecture.

You'll also manage the day-to-day search, screening and scheduling with suitable candidates.

Providing regular and effective communication with both candidates and Hiring Managers, including any questions or feedback from the interview process.

Other day-to-day tasks could include

  • Identify future hiring needs
  • Sourcing candidates through Linked In and other direct sources. Linking in with Agencies where necessary.
  • Build a strong relationship with Hiring Managers and the Management Board to enable an effective approach to recruitment and building a talent pipeline, understanding the expectations and requirements of each role grade.
  • Look at continuously improving the processes to ensure an effective candidate experience.
  • Understand the skills coverage of the business and look for opportunities to bring in new talent.
  • Share insights through regular data updates with Community Leads and Management Board.
  • Maintain and improve the ATS to ensure it is utilised to its full potential.

This role is the ideal opportunity for a Recruitment Professional, with 2-3 years of operational and/or Transformation recruiting experience.

This role needs someone who is able to adapt to business needs and has great stakeholder management and communication skills.

Other desired criteria include

  • Experience recruiting for HR, Finance and technology consultants and an understanding of Consultancy.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, independent and self-starter.
