Description of the role:
- You will support the creation of communication videos for use with clients and stakeholders, enabling Veran to tell the change story and bring it to life for them.
- You will support the creation of training content through e-learning, how-to videos and guides, infographics, scenario-based learning, etc.
- Support the full content production process – including planning and scripting, organising logistics, filming, editing, adding captions or graphics, and preparing final versions for sharing with clients or stakeholders.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, structured content.
- Use software tools such as Visio, Canva, PowerPoint, Miro, and Biteable to create high-quality assets.
- Explore the use of AI tools to support the development of high-quality content.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the Change Community collateral – making updates as needed.
- Attend the relevant sessions as part of your apprenticeship programme.
- Apply learning to your day-to-day activity to demonstrate your growth in the role.
- Support the Change Community with other projects and initiatives as required.
