You will develop training strategies, needs analysis, role-based curricula, and engaging materials for diverse stakeholder groups.
You will build super-user and train-the-trainer networks, coordinate classroom, virtual, and LMS delivery, and ensure business readiness ahead of go-live, while aligning with cutover and hypercare.
