We are a technology‑agnostic transformation consultancy that specialises in enhancing back‑office functions to provide better service to business users, boost organisational productivity and ultimately benefit customers. Each organisation’s transformation journey is unique, often involving technology elements such as ERP/HCM, service enablement, or AI.
As a HR Transformation Consultant you will guide and support clients through their transformation journey, from initial assessment and business case development to deployment of the future service and supporting technologies.
Key Activities
- Function Design: Facilitating design workshops with business SMEs
- Data: Supporting clients in preparing their data for new platforms
- Testing: Writing and executing test scenarios
- PMO: Managing the project plan, RAID and budget
- Change: Delivering change impact assessments and action plans
Expertise & Knowledge
Strong experience in HR service delivery or in-house HR teams, plus familiarity with HR transformations, is essential. You should also be enthusiastic about maintaining and expanding your expertise to provide the best advice to clients. Continuous learning and staying current with industry trends is expected.
Facilitating Future Service Design
You will help HR & business teams agree on a future service design that meets the outcomes set out in their business case, including determining the future operating model. This requires ability to facilitate complex design conversations, keep focus on required outcomes and ensure quality delivery within timeframes.
Understanding HR Technologies
Knowledge of current HR service solutions (ERP platforms, PaaS, service enablement technologies) is ideal. You will act as a bridge between HR/business teams and technical partners to ensure requirements are clearly articulated and the configured solution meets the desired outcomes.
About You
Ideal candidates hold 2–3 years of operational or HR transformation experience and have exposure to HR technologies such as Oracle, Workday, or SAP, or service‑enablement technologies such as ServiceNow. Experience in project delivery teams, preferably on new HR service or technical solution deployments. Knowledge of project delivery best practices (RAID, governance structures, relevant methodologies). Aspiration to or working towards HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD). Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in creating clear engagement packs (PowerPoint). Experience in HR Service Design, process mapping, and change management. Proactive, independent, and self‑starter. Willingness to travel in the UK and Europe.

Location & Working Model
Hybrid – a blend of office and remote work. We welcome applicants from across the UK who can attend in‑person meetings when required. Some roles may need occasional travel to client sites.
