As we continue to expand our global FSP offering, we are hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead a portfolio of established, high value accounts and drive outstanding client outcomes. The Opportunity
- Lead a portfolio typically valued between 5M and 15M, ensuring predictable, high quality delivery across long term FSP engagements.
- Build trusted client relationships that enhance retention and support incremental growth.
- Guide delivery teams, resolve operational challenges, and ensure governance excellence across QBRs, SteerCos, and executive meetings.
- Shape account strategy through value propositions, annual plans, and growth roadmaps.
- Champion operational discipline, continuous improvement, and consistent ways of working.
- Mentor and develop diverse, cross functional global teams.
- Represent Veramed in client discussions, internal strategy forums, and industry settings.
This role combines strategic thinking, commercial understanding, and hands on operational leadership.
What You Will Bring
- Ten or more years of experience in clinical development, FSP delivery, CRO leadership, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading complex client relationships and cross functional teams.
- Strong financial understanding, including forecasting, revenue management, and margin oversight.
- Knowledge of FSP models, ICH GCP, industry standards, and delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in client facing environments.
- The ability to lead teams, inspire collaboration, and drive high performance.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
