Overview
As a Project Coordinator at Videojet, you will oversee customer-focused engineering projects from initiation to delivery and installation, while supporting purchasing and supplier coordination.
You will join a small, collaborative team in a hybrid role based in Annesley, handling 20–30 projects concurrently across varying scopes.
You’ll work cross-functionally to maintain timelines, support cost management, and keep customers informed.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple customer projects from order to delivery and installation
- Manage purchasing activities and supplier communications for bespoke and standard components
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service
- Create and maintain project timelines and track progress against deadlines
- Support commercial negotiations and supplier cost management
- Communicate project updates to customers to ensure a positive experience
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate system updates
- Key requirements
- Experience coordinating build-based projects in a B2B environment
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier coordination
- Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills across multiple projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn ERP or business systems (SAP advantageous)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills across departments and external suppliers
