This role is based in Annesley, Nottinghamshire, UK, and operates in a hybrid working model.This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Project Coordinator, Buyer, or Operations professional who enjoys managing multiple moving pieces within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.Working as part of a close-knit team of six, you will manage approximately 20–30 projects simultaneously at different stages of completion. Projects can range from supplying a single machine to coordinating complex multi-product installations involving bespoke brackets, conveyors, and externally sourced components integrated into customer production lines.In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like:Coordinating multiple customer projects from order through to successful delivery and installationManaging purchasing activities and supplier communications for bespoke and standard componentsCollaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teamsBuilding and maintaining project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are metSupporting commercial negotiations and supplier cost management activitiesCommunicating regularly with customers to provide project updates and ensure a positive experienceIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficienciesManaging project documentation and maintaining accurate system updatesThe Essential Requirements of the Job Include:Previous experience coordinating “build-based” projects involving equipment, engineering products, or physical components in a B2B environmentExperience within purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier coordination activitiesStrong planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsProficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence in learning and using ERP or business systems (SAP experience is advantageous)Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and external suppliersNice to HaveSAP experienceSmartsheet experienceExposure to cost analysis or budget trackingExperience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-related projectsVideojet is proud to part of the Product Quality & Innovation segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
