In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Creating product animations and motion graphics from CAD files and creative briefs, producing polished outputs for web, email, social media, and sales campaigns.
  • Taking a project from brief through to final delivery — including storyboarding when required, sharing drafts, incorporating review feedback, and managing your own timelines.
  • Building localised, multi‑language versions of video and animation assets, managing translation text, subtitles, and ensuring timely delivery of global content.
  • Adapting content formats and specifications for different channels and use cases, ensuring each asset is optimised for its intended platform.
  • Collaborating with product marketing managers, brand managers, and website managers to understand briefs and deliver content aligned to campaign and product launch priorities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in animation, motion design, or video production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across a range of formats and use cases.
  • Proficiency in industry‑standard tools including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D/animation software such as Blender or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently from brief through to final delivery, including managing reviews and timelines.
  • Experience creating animation or video content for marketing purposes — whether in‑house, agency‑side, or as a freelancer.
  • Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship (this role does not qualify for sponsorship).
