As ECO Coordinator you will oversee engineering change requests across a global team, guiding changes from submission to implementation. You will coordinate with cross-functional and local teams to ensure approvals and timely resolution of blockers, while tracking KPIs like change cycle time and backlog. You’ll provide guidance to overcome local obstacles and maintain an overarching view of the ECO process. This role offers the chance to influence how changes are managed in a multinational, engineering-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to ensure change requirements are met and approved
- Manage ECO changes from submission through implementation, confirming approvals and escalating issues
- Provide guidance to resolve local obstacles and approval delays
- Maintain an overview of the global ECO process and manage KPIs such as cycle time and backlog
Key requirements
- Relevant experience or qualification in engineering, science or change management
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings in manufacturing, assembly or engineering product environment
- Experience using databases, ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) or other software for data entry and ECO processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
