  • Supporting basic page design and content layout in Figma, with a focus on usability and content experience.
  • Uploading, formatting, and maintaining content across web platforms and CMS tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Supporting broader digital activity including social, video, email, and campaign content — adapting assets for different channels and formats.
  • Using AI tools to support content drafting, editing, tagging, and workflow efficiency, identifying where they add real value.
  • Tracking and reporting on website and digital performance, turning data into insight to inform future content updates.
  • Collaborating with content, brand, digital, product, and regional teams across the business to support global content priorities.

The Essential Requirements of the Job Include:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital content, website management, UX support, or marketing roles — including internships or project work
  • Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms (or similar content management tools)
  • Basic experience with Figma or similar design tools, or a clear willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self‑starter approach
