b Overview /b p In this role you will own and modernise Linx’s infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure operations across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will lead a small IT team, driving automation and AI‑driven improvements while partnering with stakeholders across the global business. Your work will shape how infrastructure supports manufacturing and product delivery, with a focus on timely incident resolution, security hardening, and scalable platforms. This opportunity combines hands‑on technical leadership with a chance to influence architecture and tooling in a growing, purpose‑driven organization. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Own Windows Server, Active Directory and Hyper‑V environments (provisioning, performance, capacity, lifecycle) /li li Manage Azure and AWS infrastructure, enterprise NetApp storage, backup and disaster recovery /li li Serve as senior escalation point for infrastructure incidents; lead root‑cause analysis and permanent fixes /li li Lead patch management, vulnerability remediation and security hardening across servers and cloud /li li Build PowerShell automation; explore automation and AI to improve IT efficiency and reliability /li li Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 3–4 IT professionals; lead infrastructure projects with vendors and internal stakeholders /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 8+ years of IT experience with senior/3rd‑line ownership of enterprise infrastructure /li li Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP and enterprise virtualization (Hyper‑V or VMware) /li li Hands‑on administration of Azure and/or AWS infrastructure (security, patching, troubleshooting) /li li Proven experience with server patching, vulnerability remediation, backup/DR, and PowerShell scripting /li li Experience leading or managing a small IT team /li /ul ul li leadership /li li mentoring /li li problem solving /li li Windows Server /li li Active Directory /li li GPO /li /ul
