We are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated and pro-active individuals to join our Mould Shop team as a Glass Production Mould Repair Engineer at our West Yorkshire site in Knottingley.

Reporting to the Mould Shop Manager, the purpose of the role is to assist and support this busy Department which services our glass forming production area, through the repair, refurbishment, and supply of glass forming mould equipment, weighing in the range of 5kg to 45kg, to ensure all mould equipment and accompanying auxiliary parts are repaired and ready for production runs in accordance with production requirements.

Suitable candidates should be fully apprentice-trained or possess the applicable skills and knowledge, and have a good level of Maths and English, together with excellent problem-solving skills.

They should also be enthusiastic and committed, with a pro-active and flexible approach to work.

The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your workload is also essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

This is a day position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm.
