Renewals Analyst

As a Renewals Specialist, you will provide high standards of service to Veracode's customers. You will be responsible for identifying and strengthening relationships with key customer stakeholders, identifying and mitigating potential renewal roadblocks, and enhancing a smooth renewal experience for our customers by leading them through the renewal journey, negotiating terms and engaging resources across Veracode to enable the adoption and expansion of the Veracode product. You will also be liaising with internal teams to ensure maximum product usage and value recognition from their investment in the platform.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer renewal end-to-end, identifying and mitigating roadblocks at an early stage, in order to ensure a successful, on-time, execution of the contract.
  • Partner with colleagues in Customer Success and Sales teams to provide seamless support during renewals - especially in those renewal cycles that include expansion or add-on opportunity.
  • Identify and manage client stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with key individuals to make sure we’re consistently aligned on requirements and have established Veracode champions within the account.
  • Review and understand contract terms and conditions, work closely with the finance and legal departments to ensure contracts are compliant, and spearhead contract workflow within Veracode.
  • Identify opportunities to broaden Customer's use of the Veracode platform, document such leads and engage Sales to collaborate on expanding Veracode’s presence within the account.
  • Pro-actively collect, analyze and share customer feedback with colleagues in the professional services, sales, and R&D teams.
  • Support the growth and further development and automation of renewal processes for the business.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field or industry such as high tech, software, or a SaaS provider
  • Effective customer-facing communication skills.
  • Proven success and genuine enthusiasm working directly with customers.
  • Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Customer Success, Product Management and Sales).
