What you will be responsible for
- Manage a portfolio of customer renewal end-to-end, identifying and mitigating roadblocks at an early stage, in order to ensure a successful, on-time execution of the contract.
- Partner with colleagues in Customer Success and Sales teams to provide seamless support during renewals – especially in those renewal cycles that include expansion or add-on opportunity.
- Identify and manage client stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with key individuals to make sure we’re consistently aligned on requirements and have established Veracode champions within the account.
- Review and understand contract terms and conditions, work closely with the finance and legal departments to ensure contracts are compliant, and spearhead contract workflow within Veracode.
- Identify opportunities to broaden customer\\\’s use of the Veracode platform, document such leads and engage Sales to collaborate on expanding Veracode’s presence within the account.
- Pro-actively collect, analyze and share customer feedback with colleagues in the professional services, sales, and R&D teams.
- Support the growth and further development and automation of renewal processes for the business.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a related field or industry such as high tech, software, or a SaaS provider
- Effective customer-facing communication skills.
- Proven success and genuine enthusiasm working directly with customers.
- Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Customer Success, Product Management and Sales).
