Who We Are

We’re a fun, friendly, close-knit, high-impact agency in Cheshire, working with household brands that people know and trust. As long-standing partners of Gorilla Glue, O'Keeffe's, John West, Wall's, Sharpie, WD-40 and more, we deliver a full-service offering that spans brand strategy, TV, POS, packaging, digital, social and every touchpoint in between. We’re small enough for everyone to make a difference, but ambitious enough to work on some genuinely exciting projects for well-known UK and international brands.

The Role

We’re looking for a bright, ambitious Account Manager to join our successful independent advertising and creative agency. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get genuine client contact, real responsibility and exposure to a broad range of projects spanning advertising, branding, design, packaging, digital, social and integrated campaigns. You’ll work closely with our clients and creative teams, helping to take briefs, manage projects and timings, keep multiple jobs moving and make sure everything stays on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day client relationships and being a confident point of contact
  • Taking briefs, understanding client requirements and turning them into clear actions
  • Managing multiple projects and keeping timings, budgets and deliverables on track
  • Working closely with creative teams to brief, coordinate and progress work
  • Keeping clients updated and managing expectations
  • Spotting potential issues before they happen and finding practical solutions
  • Coordinating feedback and ensuring amends are clear and understood
  • Looking for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ agency experience, ideally within an advertising, creative, design or integrated agency
  • Confident dealing directly with clients and building strong relationships
  • Well organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Good understanding of the creative process and how an agency works
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, with the ability to think for yourself rather than simply following a process

Interpersonal Skills

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Bright, switched-on and curious
  • Confident and comfortable dealing with clients
  • Positive, reliable and a good team player
  • Calm under pressure and good at keeping things moving
  • Proactive, with plenty of initiative
  • And, importantly, someone with a sense of humour

What We Offer You

  • A friendly, creative team who love what they do
  • Opportunity to work across a wide range of projects, brands and design styles
  • Genuine responsibility and exposure to well-known UK and international brands
  • Team parties and outings, plus regular studio treats
  • Competitive holiday allowance, including extra days off over Christmas
  • 5 days per week in the office, with the option to work from home every other Friday
