You will lead our kitchen and counter teams, maintain our high standards for authentic food, and ensure our customers get fast, friendly service every time. Key Responsibilities
- Manage fast-paced shifts, coordinating walk-in, phone, and online orders.

- Oversee opening and closing tasks, including cashing up, till reconciliation, and security.
- Ensure brand presentation, keeping the counter and collection areas clean and welcoming.
- Maintain food standards, ensuring pizzas, pastas, and sides meet our strict quality recipes.
- Monitor ingredient freshness, managing dough proofing times and correct storage of fresh produce.
- Work closely with chefs, balancing kitchen output speed with order accuracy during peak rush hours.
- Build weekly staff rotas, matching staffing levels to peak weekend and evening rushes.
- Enforce food safety regulations, keeping up-to-date with allergen labeling and HACCP logs.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering specialized Italian ingredients and packaging to minimize waste.
- Track financial performance, monitoring labor costs and food margins against weekly targets.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in managing a takeaway, pizzeria, or fast-casual restaurant.
- Skills: Strong leadership, quick problem-solving, and excellent communication under pressure.
