As a Housekeeper, you will play a key part in serving beverages to staff members, whilst maintaining high levels of cleanliness within kitchen areas. We are looking for individuals to provide exceptional customer service towards staff members, whilst serving hot beverages such as tea and coffee within our Stoke-on-Trent offices. You will also be responsible for general cleaning duties, collecting mugs and re-stocking various products within staff breakout rooms. This is an entry-level position; no experience is required as full training will be provided.

Qualifications
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Positive and courteous attitude.
  • Awareness of COSHH.
  • Commercial coffee machine and dishwasher experience is preferred.

Providing a positive customer experience while serving beverages to office staff. Emptying, cleaning and refilling the coffee machines. Cleaning all kitchen areas, including touch points regularly.
