We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Restaurant / Bar Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth operation in a fast‑paced environment. What you will be doing:
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and drinks efficiently
- Assist with food preparation, including basic cooking and plating when needed
- Operate POS systems, order processing and payments
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Support kitchen staff with food handling, prep work, and ensuring proper sanitation practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with quick service or fast‑food operations is advantageous
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Bizzon /Macros
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Basic math skills for order handling, retail math, and order accuracy
- Experience working in a café, retail store, or grocery environment is beneficial.
