We are seeking an experienced and motivational Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our organisation in Leeds, United Kingdom. In this permanent position, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence across all food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to foster a supportive and professional working environment.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage daily operations including scheduling, stock control, and inventory management to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, health and hygiene standards, and company policies at all times.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting their career progression.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by monitoring service quality and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage vendor relationships to maintain quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct staff appraisals and manage performance issues with professionalism and fairness.
  • Analyse operational data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications Required Skills and Experience:
