Job Description:
- Assist in managing all food and beverage service operations, ensuring smooth coordination
- Support training and ongoing development of F&B team members
- Supervise, guide, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in accordance with company and local regulations
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, wastage, and stock control
- Help drive upselling initiatives to meet revenue targets
- Conduct regular team briefings and participate in departmental meetings
- Ensure service areas are clean, well-organized, and fully prepared before service periods
- Act as the duty manager when required and support events or special functions
- Maintain clear communication with kitchen and other departments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within F&B or hospitality
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and licensing laws
- Hands-on, guest-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure
