Job Description: Based in Novotel Cardiff Centre, as part of our F&B team, you'll provide a warm welcome and high standards of service to every guest across our restaurant, breakfast service, bar, meetings and events, and outdoor areas. You’ll help prepare and maintain welcoming dining and event spaces, including setting up meeting and conference rooms ready for the day ahead. You’ll look after conference delegates throughout their visit, making sure refreshment breaks, lunches and meeting spaces run smoothly and that guests have everything they need.
From preparing tables and event spaces to providing attentive food and beverage service, clearing down and resetting areas, you’ll play an important role in creating a friendly, professional and memorable experience for every guest and delegate.
Qualifications: Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.
