The Opportunity
We are hiring a Lead Technical Consultant to play a key role in delivering Veovo’s platform to global customers. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines technical consulting, solution design, system integration and team leadership. You’ll be working on large-scale, real-time systems in live operational environments, where the work has immediate, tangible impact — not just building systems, but helping clients solve complex, real-world problems.

The Specifics
- Work on mission-critical systems where go-live and performance have real-world impact in live environments.
- Lead client discovery sessions and technical workshops to understand complex operational environments.
- Lead and mentor a small team of technical consultants, while remaining hands-on across delivery.
- Design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions, including API and data integrations.
- Own delivery of system integrations through to go-live, ensuring solutions perform in real-world conditions.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate business requirements into scalable technical outcomes.
- Stay close to the technical detail, supporting troubleshooting, validation and optimisation.
- Support pre-sales and solution scoping activities where required.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to be an expert in everything — we’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and comfortable working across both technical and client-facing environments.
- Experience in technical consulting, solutions or implementation roles.
- Experience leading or mentoring others.
- Strong experience working on system integrations (APIs, SaaS platforms, data flows).
- Ability to work directly with customers and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Exposure to C#/.NET environments (or similar) and the ability to work comfortably alongside engineering teams.
- A solid understanding of architecture and complex system environments.
- Hands-on technical capability, with confidence working across APIs, SQL/database queries, and debugging live systems.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
