Veolia UK seeks an experienced HR leader on a 9-month fixed-term basis. You will partner with Senior Leadership and the Executive Committee to deliver strategic HR solutions, workforce planning and talent mobility across the business unit.
You will lead Employee Relations Specialists and HR Business Partners, ensuring high service levels while driving pay cycles, objectives and development plans. TUPE and transformation initiatives will be supported.
