Salary: £32,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:00-17:00 with flexibility

Location: Northampton, NN5 5JE

What you'll be doing:

  • Wear PPE
  • Move and load waste
  • Report contamination and non-compliant waste batteries
  • Report all service, safety and environmental concerns
  • Work as a team
  • Stay in contact with the team on 2 way radio
  • Look out for each other and our customers
  • Check all vehicles before using them, report defects
  • Stop the job if it's unsafe, report to line manager
  • Stay alert for fires, report smoke, smouldering and flames

What we’re looking for:

  • Essential: Experienced working in an operational environment, Team working, 360 & grab license
  • Desirable: Previous experience in a waste management environment
