Pay: Β£36,885.33/year, plus Veolia benefits

What you'll be doing
- Ensure agreed operational targets are achieved in respect of Risk & Assurance performance, all accidents, incidents and close calls are reported on our internal system (AVA)
- Deal and manage the enquiries and complaints for the service.
- Plan and deliver day to day operations (staffing levels, resources, closing out events)
- Carrying out site inspections and monitoring for permit compliance
- Ensure completed work meets quality standards
- Facilitate visitor and contractor safety, incl permits to work
- Stop the Job and report any safety issues
- Lead by example and support the wider management team to show, promote and acknowledge positive behaviours and develop a proactive safety culture
- Monitoring team & site to ensure safe operations
- Ensure team are trained and monitored to ensure correct standard of working
- Keep the team engaged by feeding back on close calls and expect respect reports to develop a proactive safety culture
- People management (Where required)
- Undertake personal development to enhance knowledge and skill
