Salary: £35,100 per annum, plus Veolia benefits & Pension

Hours: 45 hours per week - Monday to Friday 06:00 - 15:30

What you'll be doing:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles with 360 grab: Handle materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are safely loaded and unloaded from vehicles and stored in designated areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the yard and surrounding areas
  • Remove debris, litter, and waste from the premises
  • Perform general yard maintenance including sweeping, tidying, and minor repairs
  • Ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are properly maintained
  • Report any vehicle damage or maintenance issues to management
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times

What we're looking for:

  • Essential:
  • 360 Excavator License (Both tracked and wheeled) to operate re-handling grab
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
  • Desirable:
  • Previous experience in yard maintenance
  • Class 2 (Cat C) licence would be advantageous
  • Up to date CPC / Digi card would be advantageous
