What you'll be doing
- Manage the timely and accurate provision of the Contract payment mechanism and audit the quality and completeness of the data provided within.
- Work with managers and other staff to implement controls to improve the accuracy of the data.
- Check the waste data flow information is correct before it is sent to the client.
- Check weighbridge data identifying faults, trends and reporting to manager the change requirements.
- Produce the monthly payment mechanism ensuring all elements are accurate and complete.
- Produce monthly management reports and KPI's to managers as directed by the line manager.
- Supporting local Finance team with providing historic waste flow data and forecasting.
- Submission of data waste returns to regulatory bodies.

Essential
- Excellent IT Skills including a dvanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel) including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- Good numerical understanding.
- Well organised and self-motivated; able to work accurately to tight deadlines unsupervised
- Ability to problem solve and analyse problems.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, strong analytical and numerical skills
- Time management and organised approach
- Accurate Report writing and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can build strong stakeholder relationship and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and team members in multiple groups
- Must be a team player and understand the requirements for and commitment to business success.
